Om Prakash Chautala: A Stalwart of Indian Politics
Om Prakash Chautala, the Haryana’s powerful political leader, has been the backbone of the state’s politics for a considerable length of time. Controversies and Legal Challenges
The political life of Om Prakash Chautala has not been devoid of controversies across the globe. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2013 after being convicted for a scam involving the illicit recruitment of junior basic teachers. For his political career, as well as that of the INLD, his conviction was a significant blow.
